Its just Sat Nav that isn't working? Is the radio & CD working well?
Have you tried removing & reinstalling the satnav DVD?

I just bought a 2010 cx9 and I also have the same message "a program cannot be read. Please consult to a dealer."when I took mine to the dealership they said they never heard of this and it was going to cost me $200for them to look in to it and the nav dvd was going to cost $500 I don't have that kind of money so I'm hoping someone hear could help

Have you checked in, or behind the glovebox for the Satnav DVD player & disc?
