I'm using a Google Pixel 4a and have a 2016 CX-9. Bluetooth connects fine and everything was working well until two weeks ago, when I had a new SIM card installed in the phone at the request of T-Mobile. This was the result of T-Mobile buying Sprint, which was originally our provider. Now, both Contacts and Call History, don't load and there is and "Editing" icon at the top right of the list location with an arrow around it which constantly spins. T-Mobile thinks the problem is with the car. I've done all the usual stuff - turned off sharing on the phone , turned it back on, rebooted the phone, etc. Mazda thinks it's with the phone. So far no one has been able to help. Any thoughts? FYI the Contacts and History work fine on the phone, they just won't transfer to the Mazda.
