Hands Free Communication

My contacts list does not show 2 contacts that are on my phone. Both contacts begin with the letter P. Phone is a Motorola G7 Play. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Are the numbers saved to the phone memory or the sim card? Some cars have issues reading numbers saved to the phone memory.

Contacts on my phone had to have both the First & Surname filled in. Phone is a Moto g7 play.
