You did see my last response was blanket response and not directed at anyone member right? Or did you miss that part?
As for the comment that YOU real issues, ok well so do many on this forum but they don't all whine as much... well a couple did in the past. LOL consider that there are many others at that Mazda service department ahead of you or in the front of the line....and if the service department cant duplicate and resolve or correct problem they must seek advice from others that can give suggestion on a procedure in your case based on some correct information directly from Mazda corp and that dealerships service contact .. So you have to WAIT!!!!!!! and maybe go to the back of the line again. Wow what a concept! Dealership can not just randomly correct and or repair anything that goes wrong even under WARRANTY without some procedures getting approved at Mazda corp level. otherwise the dealership may not get full credit and reimbursement of the warranty time of labor and parts replaced. Its a system just like any other business like this type. If you ever worked for or owned you would understand at least that concept.

I am authorized by Mazda and other dealerships as an independent ASE Certified Diagnostic Technician with 30+ years as such and several other qualification to perform warranty service work with the exception of a SAFTY recall. I have had question and often advise other certified and experienced mechanics and auto technicians on some diagnostic trouble shooting.
I can guess pretty much what needs to be possibly done to correct your issue but without you posting all the service information I can post that thought. I can suggest that Mazda may be deciding how to recommend to that dealership how to proceed? This all takes time and YUP you have to wait in line. You are nothing special get that and your service experience will go easier. Mazda sells thousands of your model and yes Mazda and your at this point is very isolated when you look at the number of units sold and reported with what is only assumed the same issue.

If you looked at my signature, I am also likely more experienced than anyone you are currently working with. So, add that to your information is bad incomplete and demanding to the dealership and Mazda which is unreasonable and purely you are hoping for group attention and support which will do nothing to resolve your service related issue , and you keep posting one sided and incomplete as well not information not generally used at a dealership regarding the service being done. Not to mention the wrong employee at the dealership corresponding to you on this? You should be communicating with the service manager.
Also why don't you post all the information with your personal information blacked out and lets a couple of use read all the information not just your word and interpretation of it.

I live in Northern Ca and have 3 of the largest Mazda dealership within a 50 mile radius. I contact the largest one my friend just a few minutes ago that is the service manager and requested him read this thread. His first response to me was why I bother to help these types of impatient demanding people on the internet and the second is he looked up service advisories for Mazda corp USA/Canda and there is nothing being reported by other dealerships as of this date today. So basically, what you think is many is likely more isolated to a very small and unconfirmed as the exact same issue that you are having thus far.
Oh and he thought it was comical about "WE HAVE RIGHTS" comment and OMFG really??? rolmao

BTW you are actually imho rather demanding and inpatient individual ...

You BCM or ECU may have a communication problem.

The only safe thing you can do that will not affect your WARRANTY is go and have your battery load tested. No matter the age of the battery, don't assume anything about its condition until you get it correctly checked. measuring the voltage will not indicate it state of health.
Just because you have a 2026 new vehcle does not mean that battery is ok. The battery itself may be over a year old or may have been discharged for various reason on the dealership lot and fast charged. This is not an uncommon occurrence and has happened for decades all the way back to the 1970s or older.

The other reason to go to Mazda is that your concern will go into your VIN history. This is a good thing for you because if Mazda corrects the issue and it returns you will have a record of having reported it and supposedly was corrected?

As for anyone else having the issue I m sure there may have been similar reports. Currently I just checked the TSB Data base and there are no TSB for your year and model relating directly for that issue as you explained it.

Your Mazda is well within the warranty, and you should be going to Mazda instead of DIY and members guessing and assuming that your claims as the same as other is accurate or even true based only on your observation.

This is how inaccurate information starts on the internet and model specific threads on forums. Instead use your warranty and have Mazda solve your specific issues and then return and state what Mazda did to solve your concern!

My response goes to other reading this as well and not just on a specific platform but falls into any auto manufacture, think before you assume that you issues read like yours.
At least use common sense..
Are the same exact model and trim
Are they using same very basic perimeters at least close to the same i.e.:

Same engine?
Same transmission?
approx. close to the same miles on the odometer?
All the service schedules done on time?
Similar operating environments?

OFF TOPIC:

This often from a NEW member shows that they don't like to read things that do not align with their thoughts and personal beliefs systems. WOW might be a new record for a new member reporting on my responses.

This behavior from a new member only a demanding personality to dictate other must follow how they live and what they demand form others.

I didn’t know what the button was and closed out page once saw it’s to report a message.

Like mentioned before they haven’t given me any info yet but offered to share once they do. I only reached out to my service department once since dropping off and expressed I’m just curious what it could be or possible solution but understand that might not be available yet.

I have a background in tech support and understand that sometimes things just go array and the employees can only do so much. My dealership has been very supportive and am thankful to them so wouldn’t want to burn that bridge by being disrespectful!

The comment regarding warranty and rights wasn’t meant to be a pitch fork movement.

Ok I get it.... lets try this

If you think you have a good repour with your person you are talking with at the dealership causally mention in a way that sounds like you were only talking to a friend that is an Diagnostic Auto Tech and it was mentioned... something about the BCM but he was to technical for you and leave it at that. Play dumb so to say and see what they respond with?
