Unhappy I can't see!

I am new to this forum so I apologize if my subject has already been ripped to shreds. The headlight output on this 2010 CX-7 vehicle is poor at best. Should I replace the lamps with LED? Ihave picked up hints that the best way to go is to replace the entire headlight assemblies with modern aftermarket units. Please advise. It's my wife's car and she loves everything about it other than night vision.

Welcome to the forum

A picture of your Mazda headlight would actually work best before advising should be posted?

I can suggest that regardless of the age of the battery that it be load tested and all the terminals at the battery be clean as well at the starter and the chassis/ body attaching ground lead.
