CX7 Harmonic Balancer Bolt torque down

CX7 Harmonic Balancer Bolt torque down
Hey all.
Just completed timing job on 2007 2.3L Cx7.
For the second time, yes you heard right, I cannot get that harmonic balancer bolt torqued any more than 74 ft lbs and around 50 degrees of turn. I like to think I am pretty fit, weigh 220lbs and managed to get it to the 50 degrees by using all of my weight with my foot and a breaker bar whilst it was held in place with a albeit crude SST that was not perfect.
The bolt I used foolishly for the second time was a Dorman and not a Mazda one. The car has been driven about half an hour and is still functioning fine.
My questions are as follows if anyone can help:
1. Anyone know of any success in a substandard torque down? Or does everyone else manage to get it to 90 (87) degrees? I'm not getting in any traffic light drag races.
2. Anyone think the Dorman similar to the ARP does not have the exact same technical specs as the OEM one thus causing my headache at 50 degrees?
3. If the consensus is i need to push it further and fashion a better tool to hold the balancer, have i compromised the bolt by leaving it and driving it and am I in danger of damaging the bolt now?
