https://navshop.com.au/products/cx7-2000-to-2013 which is the Tom Tom site for Australia shows that for 2000-2013 Mazda CX-7's use an SD card, however there is no SD card slot on a 2010 Mazda CX-7.
Does anyone know how the GPS is updated on a 2010 model?

Does your vehicle actually have Sat Nav fitted?

On vehicles with sat nav, the SD card is mounted beside the Sat nav display. Its behind a cover plate/lid. Do you have your Sat Nav manual book?

Yes I do, I have the 2010 luxury model and it has the small sat nav display. I'll have a close look in the morning next to the panel and see if I can find a cover.
I don't have a separate manual for the sat nav just the main handbook that came.with the car but nothing in there about upgrading the maps.

I found the slot next to the sat nav screen that comes off and exposes the SD slot. Awesome, thanks again.

 

 

I got mine from carnaviplayer and it was delivered in 3 days. Looks like it came from factory and works without any issues
