Wireless Apple Car Play for 2018 CX5

Has anyone found a wireless adaptor that connects to the dealer added Car Play?

I don’t know about a dealer installed CarPlay but it just bought a 2023 2.5S (base model) and ordered a FitAlly adapter from Amazon that works great. Maybe the dealer installed version has different requirements.
