CX-5 Apple Car play

I have a 2016.5 CX-5 Grand Touring, has anyone installed or know if you can install apple car play on this year and model?

If it has MZD connect, then yes you can.

So how does one go about doing this? I have the same car as the OP and have the connect.

Either you google it, order the parts and DIY, or you go to a Mazda dealership to have it installed. Typical cost at the dealer is $400 for parts+labor.
