This is my first year with my CX5 Sport Turbo. Loving it so far but am now thinking about getting winter tires for the upcoming season. I live in southern BC Canada near Vancouver so we don’t get a lot of snow but when we do it’s wet and the roads get iced up. I also drive. Mountain highway about once a month. In the past I’ve driven Nokians but most recently had Michelin Xice on my wife’s Honda pilot and am not thrilled with them.

Any suggestions on what to run on my Mazda for the best results?

 

My 2019 CX-5 Signature has OE 19 inch all season (3-season) tires and for winter I have a set of CX-5 17 inch wheels and have 225/65R17 (102H) Toyo Observe GSI-6 LS winter tires mounted. These have served very well in western Canada snow/ice conditions for two winter seasons now and I will have them back on the CX-5 for mid-October as usual.
