The clue here and in the *video and the statement hearing it over 40mph ... a bad tire would generally be all the time. Whereas a bearing may be at a specific vehcle velocity, load and sound frequency.
* I used a sound analyzer playing the video it is mixed HZ both low and high, so the video is for the most part inconclusive. Your ear cannot hear all the frequencies.
Placing a vehicle on the lift as described is not conclusive unless supported by first a test drive would need to be done first. A vehcle can under normal loads of driving have different sounds then one on a lift that drops the suspension, and things can sound different The exception would be if the noise was predominantly herd and could be by way of using diagnostic sound tracing or hearing tool or aide can hear sound and help locate and verify where the noise is coming from.

Hahahahaha no worries. I guess her dad filled her tires with some air and the noise was not as bad today. I'm gonna order her an air inflator and teach her how to use it. I guess the air pressures on cars down in Florida have been rapidly changing due to the temps increasing and dropping a lot some days. She's had a spiradic tire light that would come and go, but I think it's working fine now.

Welp I'm afraid there's been bad news with the car. We had a private mechanic changing fluids, and prior to doing the differential fluid he said the rear diff is bad and will need replacing. I guess the fluid inside was "gushing" and was burned, getting onto the muffler. We changed the tires last week which was needed, and the noise did improve a little bit. I contacted Mazda HQ and they created a case for the car. The car only has 71k miles, so I'm praying they'll help pitch in with the repair. We have to drop it off next week for a diagnosis at a Mazda dealer in order to escalate the case. I attached the photo and video link of what my mechanic saw below.
