Unless you are familiar with computer software, to do it correctly it needs to be professionally done.
Otherwise, you may end up with no display.
It requires and OBD-II cable attached to your OBD-II port and the use of Forscan software.

- Access the AsBuilt data and change the region code from Japan to Europe.
- Save changes and exit.

I not being a wise guy, but if you knew how to use Forscan you would know which menu to go to by what I posted.
You can wait and see if someone else here may be willing.
I'm just not comfortable (read do not want to be not responsible) for giving you instructions on the use of software online.
I found in the past it too often goes belly up with unintended consequences and costs.
There are multiple places online (see below) in which an easy search will give you help using the Forscan software or you can use the owners manual for it.
I wish you the best of luck getting your language changed.
