Re: launching into CarPlay, I drove my car this afternoon and it didn't go into CarPlay the first time automatically, but did the second time. Maybe the conditions are:
- finished in CarPlay
- was within x hours ago

I'm not sure what "x" is.

The first time, when it failed, the iPhone was unlocked and on the home screen.

That isn't going to happen IMHO. They have wireless AA/CP in the Canadian cars, but even with a decent refresh for '22 in the US (including optional wireless charging which seems to be a prerequisite for wireless AA/CP) they still didn't add a wireless option.

I see you are writing from Italy so who knows, maybe Europe will get the upgrade?
