My 2017 GT w/Premium Pkg is not quite 3 weeks old. Just fueled it up today for the first time.

Even coming from a 2015 GT, this new model is sensational. Radar cruise, Active Display, Auto LED High Beam...

Looking for excuses to just drive it.

 

Sorry about that, it's a red 2017 awd. Didn't get the heads up display though. The radar stuff is pretty cool after playing with it. Haven't read through the manual yet. Cost me $31,700, then taxes, and 7 yr 100k warranty....out the door for $36k. $1k for the warranty which I thought was pretty decent. Live in socal and these things are flying out of the dealers...so not much discounts to be had. I only got $500 off MSRP.

 

I would have paid the $1800 just to get the Active Display HUD feature. Will never own another vehicle without it.

Of course, I also got the heated rear seats and heated steering wheel - we have long and cold winters in MN.

 

We will be picking up our first ever Mazda this week. 2017 CX-5 GT with Premium Package in Eternal Blue Mica with black leather interior. It will primarily be the wife's hoopty to drive (hence the color..and not Soul Red which it would be if it were mine!).
