HELP Brake Growl

HELP Brake Growl
Help! 2016.5 CX Mazda
SO at 50K miles the brakes started to squeal a little so we took it to the dealer to get the brakes done-this was in March.
We picked it up and it was making a slight high pitched noise and took it back. We were told it was a dust shield and it was bent back and fixed.
On the way home when the brakes were applied it would make a low growl sound.
Since then we have had the car back 7 times for this noise, and they can not figure it out.
The dealer has replaced the pads x 2
Replaced all the rotors.
They have checked the wheel bearings and all front drive/steering parts.
The noise is still there. I have attached a vid-you can hear the noise at the 13th and 38nd second time stamp.
Has anybody else experienced this?

Did you ever resolve this? Do you know what fixed it?
