Don't feel bad I broke mine when I did all the mods to the inside of my glove box. You may see that I installed a light, CD player and relocated my USB and other power supply ports original in the forward part of the center console. I also added extension USB charging cables for the passenger so you can charge or power a device without having it in the closed glove box or laying untidily on the center console.

Ah, thank you OKE. Dealer may have broken it when they were checking my filter yesterday. Or maybe it was me when I was practicing changing it. I should have taken the short cut posted on here by Castillo, and left the damper alone, oh well off the mazda parts store I go.
