Default drivers side power seat

First time posting here, but I have been lurking for awhile. My 2015 CX 5 touring models has a problem with the power drivers seat. I've searched for answers on here, but haven't had any luck finding a solution. When you move the seat back the left side does not move & the right sides rotates to the right. Same thing happens when you move the control towards the front. What could be wrong with it ?

If you have not done so, check to see if anything is caught in the mechanism or the seat rails/track.
You can also lubricate the mechanized areas.
Make sure all connections are tight.
It is possible your power unit for left side has failed or is failing, they are costly to replace.

check for a broken 'drive cable' under the seat. It's a flexible metal cable, not electrical cable. They've ben known to fail and a lot cheaper than replacing whole mechanisms.
