Default what is this

on the side of my driver side front seat there is a lever. i thought this was for lumbar but i have the electric seat. does anyone know what this does since i played with it and it has resistance like it doing something but after pushing pulling trying to tilt the seat nothing has happened. what is this?

um, it MIGHT be to tilt the seat back and forth...
but on my mazda, i really have to yank on it for it to work....and sit up so theres no pressure on the back rest....

If the lever is on the side close to the seat belt, it is a lumbar support(it is a 3 or 4 stage adjustment). if it is on the seat itself in front of the power seat lever it is also a lumbar adjustment. It is a difference in the model year. What year 6 do you have?

It is the lumbar adjustment, it is the only thing that is not power on the power seat. Also you have to actually be sitting in the seat to feel the adjustment.
