I am thinking about getting my first Mazda, a CX-5. The safety marks look to be top notch but I would like to get people’s opinion on the maintenance needed for them. As a frame of reference I have a 2012 Honda Accord coupe with 75k miles that has fortunately needed no major repairs, just basic yearly maintenance and oil changes. Should I expect the same with a CX-5? Are there any issues that I should know about with Mazda’s in general and/or the CX-5? I’m also looking into keyless entry and the reviews on Mazda mobile start are awful. Is it really that bad? Any other alternatives you suggest? Thank you very much everyone!
