Connected services won't automatically connect to hotspot

I've recent bought a Mazda CX-5 2019 and also bought a 3 year connected services subscription for live traffic. I managed to connect the car to my phone hotspot however when I restart the car it won't automatically link to my hotspot and I need to reenter the hotspot password which is a pain. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a fix?

CX-5 Hotspot

Have you solved the connection problem? Did you use Verizon? I have T Mobile and would like to use my own phone for the Hotspot...Hope you were able to fix your issue. I find that the techs at the dealership didn't really know how to connect to a hotspot..great people but didn't know....
