2016 starts about once per day, but doesn't start after that
My CX-5 starts the first time I drive it during the day. The 2nd start attempt results in just the dash lights coming on. This has left me stranded twice this week. The first time this happened (5 days ago) the AAA tech jumped the vehicle for me. Then I asked "so I should head to the store and grab a new battery now?" He says "No, your battery is perfectly healthy" and drove off.
I replaced the key fob battery since that was a quick and easy, but it didn't seem to change anything. Any ideas other than taking it into the shop for a look? Thanks.
The traction control light came on and stayed during my last drive as well (in completely dry conditions -- it came on while I was in the parked position). No idea if that's related or not.

The cheapest and easiest way to start is to get your battery load tested.
It's highly unlikely the AAA tech did that.
Stock battery might last 2 years and even a good replacement battery only last 3-5 years under best scenarios.
