Hi,
My mother dropped a Mazda key fob in water and I have (hopefully) fixed it.
I took it apart and cleaned it up and changed the battery. But when I put in the new battery the keyfob LED blinks several times.
I have not had any opportunity to try the fob yet (she lives in another city so the car is there) but is this normal?
Has it lost some kind of sync or is it some other problem?

 

With driving to the other city and testing it, you will never know.
