Beeping noise while driving
This has only happened twice (in 1 day). But while driving, my car (2018 CX3) is making a beeping sound like when a seat belt isn’t buckled or something. But no indicators on my dash of anything going off. Does anyone have any idea what this could mean?
Welcome to the forum
So because it has only happened twice and you did not indicate when it started or if it had continued and you are sure there is no indicator light anywhere, makes it very hard to say what it is and only guessing?

I don’t really know how to navigate this platform. I came from Reddit. It happened today. When I started driving after about a minute. The beeping started and continued for a minute or so and then stopped. Parked, went into a store. Came out, and it happened again. Just went for a test drive to see if it happened again with a passenger. And of course it didn’t go off again. Yes I am sure there was no indication.
OK well unless it happens again it hard to say!
I don't think I need to run the list of possibilities because you can find them all in the owners manual.
Only to make a little fun of you but that it happens to me more often than many realize in a service shop....Not a month goes by that a customer will come in to the shop and say:
"I think something may be wrong with my car... it made a noise the other day (or today) and I don't know what it is but it stopped making the noise now do you know what it could be"?
Even after a test drive with them the mystery noise or sound never returns.
I am sure you checked but here are a few idea's maybe overlooked when the noise happened or happens again.
If it returns look more carefully at the dash and maybe if there is anything in the seats?
Make sure all the light are off interior and exterior and no blower motor or wipers activated.
Make sure all the door or hatches/truck are confirmed closed.
Make sure you have at least 1/2 full of fuel in the tank.
So as the song says.... "wait for the beep"!
