I replaced the water pump on my 1991 B2200 pickup and the new one came with a gasket which i replaced and one O Ring that for the life of me I cant find where it goes. Does anybody know where it would go or am i just blind. There is no place on the inside of the water pump for a O Ring and I didnt see a spot on the block. I am going to take it a part one more time and see if I missed anything.

 

come on there has to be someone out that has replaced the water pump in a mazda pickup. It comes with a small o ring that has to go somewhere but I cant find where. Does everyone just throw it away or am i blind and cant see where it goes
