I have a 1998 Mazda 626, which will not start. I believe the problem is the full pump. So I need to remove the tank, since the tank is almost full. Is there a way to remove the fuel prior to removing the tank?
When opening the gas cap, I do not hear the full pump running. When disconnecting the fuel going into the fuel filter and turning the ignition no fuel comes out. The EGI fuse is good.
If anyone knows how to lest the green EGI relay that would be helpful. Any suggestions on how to remove the tank, would be helpful as well.
