Default Gas tank flush

How do i drain and clean sugar and vinegar out of an 02 millenia without dropping the gas tank?
The tank was on DEAD E when it was poured in and I have not attempted to star it.

I would drop it anyways, actually what I would do is file an insurance claim on this and see if you can get a whole new tank and pump, even if you clean it out there might be some residual and the labor alone in doing this might make up for the cost of a new tank. If you even turned the key on you probably pumped that contaminated fuel into the system but maybe not, still at the very least the tank is coming out IMO.

Ok well I was thinking since I was on E I could jus disconnect the hose dat goes directly to the tank from where you pour it in then I could stick a siphon through there because theoretically thats where all the sugar should be since i was on E. Then i was gone pour some 99% alcohol in and siphon it out then do the same thing with a gallon of gas. Do you think its a possibity or I just have to drop the tank?

THAT is possible, you could give it a shot, the only thing I worry about is the vinegar corroding the fuel pump bits since that will flow to the lowest point in the tank and mix with the fuel remaining there. Depending on how the tank straps looked I would still drop the tank if it was my car, if they are rusted then you can try your method since you would most likely have to replace the straps as well if you tried to drop the tank. I hate vandals........
