626 timing help 1989

hi guys im new i would like help in timing my engine i need the right specs . its a mazda 626 1989 model please help me .non turbo. 2.2 l

It is 6 deg BTDC @ 750 RPM. Make sure to jump the green wire connector to ground before timing. See pic.
