Default Spark Plugs

Am looking ahead to doing some winter maintenance and seeing as though my 2002 B3000 (3.0 liter V6) has 85,000 Km's on it I was considering changing the spark plugs. Of course, all of the manufacturers websites claim their plugs are the best so I am looking for some input. Anyone have any experience with these brands and , if so, which models? Traditional, Premium Gold, Single Platinum, Double Platinum or Iridium ?
Thanks!

I'd go with what Mazda put in the car.
