Is the turbo-timer an electic oil pump? What's involved in getting one? Cost, complexity?

It's and electronic timer that is wired into your ignition switch.
Whenever you turn the key to off/lock the car will continue toidle for a predetermined amount of time...often user programmable.
You can still get out, lock the car and walk away and the car will shut itself off when the time is up. A simple and good idea, imo.

Oh, OK. I get it. I read about those years ago, but I lost interest in a turbo-charged chariot. Now that a Speed3 is on my wish-list for spring '09, I'm starting to do my homework. The car mags complain of the shifter being sloppy, but I've read there are shifter bushings that firm it up.
