Exclamation Need help on this one

I have a 2011 Mazda 3s 2.5 6 speed manual. My clutch went out a little while back So I changed the clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out bearing, and slave cylinder but for some reason in gears 1 3 and 5 won't stay into gear and 2 4 and 6 won't go into gear at all. There isn't a grind or anything. And when the car is off all gears are easy to shift into. Hopefully someone has had the same issue and could help me out because I don't want to throw parts at her. I think it is the shift linkage but prior to the clutch prematurely failing the shift linkage was totally fine.

Clutch operation is Hydraulic.

Have you tried bleeding the clutch slave cylinder?
