Default 626 CUTS OUT BAD

I have a 94 626 4 cylinder with auto tranny and 150,000 mi.
Runs good most of the time. The engine has started cutting out very bad after driving and getting warm, then shutting off for 10 minutes and starting back up. When you put it in gear it acts like the transmission is coming out with engine rpm going up and down. Have recently replaced MAF sensor, Mazda could not get to act up but replaced plugs, wires, cap, etc. Serviced transmission and no problems found. Will only act up after warmed up and set for awhile.
Help? I can't afford to keep going back to Mazda

take off your intake tube and see if the throttle body has any oil dirt or grime in it as well as the tube that hooks up to the throttle body im having the same problem and for some reason there is oil and dirt in there. check to see if your intake tube has any cracks in it. sensor will detect it and cause it to stall.
