Unhappy 2005 manual Mazda 6 sport s starting issues

This problem started yesterday; the car will not start up right after it has been shut off but will 30 minutes after it has been shut off. When it does not start it will click once or twice and sometimes it won't click at all. I switched around the relays and nothing, then when I was about to drop it off at the garage it shut off on me while driving. It will also not push start it will just sit in gear and run the motor like if the key were off any ideas?

Yeah I switched some of them around. Just the relays the black boxes. I was missing one originally I believe because it is a hatchback.

I would definitely replace the main relay.
You almost have symptoms same as bad crank position sensor, but you don't have a cel! Check Engine Light.

I think I would also check the battery and alternator. Most parts stores will do this for free.
