Anyone have any idea what this could be? Its not the fluid either. The fluid is filled. Thinking it could be a belt, serpentine showing some wear. Anyone help?

most likely strut tower bushings. try spraying some silicone spay or lubricant on the and see if it helps at all. Most of the steering squeaks the the mazda 6 are commonly tower bushings.
