Default Suspension squeaks like its dry when cold.

I have a 2000 626 LX 4cyl. automatic with 35k miles.

This past month, or maybe the last 6 weeks, the temps here in socal have been in the low 40s overnight.

In the morning I head out and down the street are a couple shallow speed bumps for traffic calming, as well as a dip for drainage across the street. When the car hits these bumps the suspension squeaks and grinds like there's no oil in the shocks/struts. I think its only the front that does it.

Within 5-10 minutes of driving the car sounds normal (no noise) over bumps.

That first 5-10 minutes, though, sounds bad and I worry about any potential damage that might be happening.

Is this something anyone else has experienced or might know what is causing it?

generally the front end doesnt feel 'tired' or give any indication that the suspension may be done, except perhaps the slight front rake that the car has (which I dont know if its normal or not that way). There is no noticeable excessive rebound action also.
