LOL I'm SERIOUS about this! They have common wear for being almost 4 years old. I use Maguires leather cleaner and conditioner like a mad man on these bad boys. sooooo its up to you

I live one state over from you so I can understand your plight.
Instead of "trading" them and bringing down thw value of your car, why not do like I did, and buy some sheepskins?
They are comfortable to sit on, and in summer keep the butt cool, and in winter they are nice and warm, plus, they look great.
Mine were custom madde at "The Sheepskin Experts" on Van Nuys blvd in Van Nuys.
They had to custom make them because of the side airbags.
Somewhere on this fortum I have a picture of them, but couldn't find it.
My interior is dark grey(almost black) seats and dash, and a much lighter grey headliner and visors.
The sheepskins match the headliner perfectly.
So, If it were I, I would not consider trading seats but, opt for sheepskins.
Bob.

Nope. I like my cloth seats and would never consider trading them for leather.
I had one car w/leather interior (blood red leather) and swore I would never ever do that again.
Even the black/blue cloth seats hold the heat pretty well, but at least they don't burn my back.
