I swapped out all the plugs as well as coils too. All new, as well as the MAF sensor.
I'me thinking my generic OBD2 reader is not telling all the story. The other codes are not recognised anywhere.
I'm still leaning towards some bad wires, just need to find them.....

I take it the 1-3 cylinders are aligned, and the 4-6 are the same, looking at the top of the coil packs 1,2,3, on one side, and 4, 5, 6, on the opposite side. I suggest remove plug wire off #4 (that is the misfire cylinder) remove the plug wire from #5, attach BOTH ends of the plug wire from #4 to # 5 thats the plug, and coil pack respectivley. Clear the dtc, run it, does the misfire stay on #4 or swap to #5?
