Swap the plug wire with another one close see if the problem is the wire it will follow to the cylinder you swapped with.

Just changed the maf sensor. Still the p0100 code!!!!!

Cheers for the help Kevin.

Did this yesterday and the fault went to both cylinders. Which was expected.....

So, MAF sensor replaced and I still get the P0100 fault. Any suggestions?

You did swap both ends?

Both ends?

I swapped out all the plugs as well as coils too. All new, as well as the MAF sensor.

I'me thinking my generic OBD2 reader is not telling all the story. The other codes are not recognised anywhere.

I'm still leaning towards some bad wires, just need to find them.....

Oh the joy.

I am talking about the plug wires, not the plugs.

How do you change the plug wires, they're all loomed up to suit their respective coil pack and spark plug? This could be the issue.....

I take it the 1-3 cylinders are aligned, and the 4-6 are the same, looking at the top of the coil packs 1,2,3, on one side, and 4, 5, 6, on the opposite side. I suggest remove plug wire off #4 (that is the misfire cylinder) remove the plug wire from #5, attach BOTH ends of the plug wire from #4 to # 5 thats the plug, and coil pack respectivley. Clear the dtc, run it, does the misfire stay on #4 or swap to #5?
