Default Mystery Sound..HELP!

Hey guys,

I am in need of some serious help! I have been trying to figure this sound out for a while now. Let me explain..

I have a 2013 Mazda 3 4DR sedan. Before doing anything to my car/breaks it made this sound (loud moaning sound) typically when it rained or if the car sat for a bit. This noise only happens when I am reversing my car (ex into a stall) and I'm slowly tapping my break as I back in and rotate my steering wheel. After this, I had my breaks/roaters/break pads all re serviced and replaced by a friend who owns his own shop an is a journeyman mechanic After this, it didn't make the sound for a little while but then it came back again. It also started to make the noise when I'm slowly breaking and moving forward. SOOOO I took it to a Mazda dealership this time and they said they inspected and the problem was the break pads weren't lubed..so they did that and it went away for the next two days but then came back. I took it BACK to the dealership and their shop "foreman" checked it out and said he thinks he knows the problem and has done this before and it fixes it every time. He explained to me that the new factory Mazda break pads come with a groove on them, but aftermarket or older mazda pads do not. This groove is supposed to help eliminate vibration. So..off with the breaks, made a groove...STILL MAKES THE SOUND..

I am at a total loss, I have no idea how to fix this..anyone? Please!!! I have attached a video for reference.
