yeah i got me a new job already im glad it didn't take too long. Funds have been pretty low since i kicked my roommate out. It was well worth it though, i hate having a roommmate.

Beware...if your former employer can prove you shared their secrets, you could be prosecuted for Corporate Espionage (I'm sure when you hired into the company you signed a confidentiality agreement...you know, a legally binding document.) I've seen that happen plenty of times.

Yeah I thought about that. Just after I left the company got sold to another company.

If I were in your shoes, I'd file myself a wrongful dismissal suit. You would win, and they would know this. Most likely, you would have been offered about 6 months wages as a settlement. So, depending on how much you made in a month, this could have been quite nice
By federal law, if an employee is being recorded on tape, or on camera, the recordings are a matter of public record. You should be able to review them, if that is their basis of firing you. Cleaning out your desk is a violation of 'sanctioned private property' Sanctioned meaning, it was your assigned desk, and your property was held within.

You got F'ed in the *** man :P

Then again, I'm a vindictive guy
