Default dealer problem

hi guys,

well im doing my boss a favour..... he had a big problem with his local mazda garage!

basicaly he had a massive breakdowndown!

he had a serivce on his rx8 and all was fine but.......

his cat went all to pott due to his sparkplugs misfiring!
he had his car serviced this year with plugs etc done!

he has just been given a bill of £2400 due to the plugs going off and damaging his cat etc. can anyone help?

ive told him thatyou guys will know exactly what to sat to mazda etc!

ive had the problems before with audi so im sure u guys will know what to do next!

In the US, a catalytic converter is warrantied for 80,000 miles by law... or so I have heard. You might check into that in GB.
Either way, the dealer should come clean and take responsibility if they are truly at fault.

I dont know the laws in your country but it should be covered i would think...good luck with it and let us know what resolved it
