A BMW hatchback?

Default A BMW hatchback?

Have you guys ever seen one of these?
The owner claims it's a Z3 Coupe', and supposedly only 2,000 were made and only up to '93.
Looks kinda weird though, like one of them Renault Turbo's of the 70's with the big flared fenders in the rear...
I apologize for the pix, as I only had my cellphone camera at the time.

I have seen 1 of the Z3's before, they actually look pretty good.
This is what BMW builds now, just not in the US, yet

There's one on the island. Ugly if you ask me, but BMW made tanks back then...awesome rides.

I had seen them before too, but not for a while.
And I agree with Vince. The styling is not my cup 'o' tea either. It looks more like a shoe than a car.
They were pretty heavy and slow too, iirc. Only the 4-cyl in the Z3... again, iirc?
