Close... one of those cheap GX clone 6.5hp or 196cc engines. Generator/tiller/go-kart style. New in the box, but someone dropped it and bent a bunch of exterior parts. So it was cheap... my favorite! 😁
Just getting some measurements to order parts for a build up, later. A little surprised at the nylon camshaft. I will replace it with a Black Mamba Jr. cam.
Looking for about 12-15hp on gasoline... high torque setup for my offroad minibike. I can't do the karts anymore.
I will come back to it, when all the parts are sorted and in hand.
But... yeah... nylon camshaft. 😐
Too clean.... 😆
Just don't want to be accused of being lazy... rainy day.

Nylon is widely used in small CC engine because the camshaft profile have very mild ramps . It primarily to reduce the mass of the rotating assembly Those nylon cams will likely out live the engine? In normal use. LOL
You sure are hopeful at an almost 50% power gain? $$$
But don't mind me looks like a fun side project
ARC rod, with bearing insert. Stainless valves +2mm both, 26# spirngs. Torque cam Not roller, but durable. Looking for torque not rpm. 24mm PWK flat slide 14cc head, large valve. This one will be fun, tons of fill and port work possibilities.
