Hi! I got an 02 Protege5 with a 2.0l engine. I am having a hard time figuring out what engines swap with this one. Could I use the engine from a 626 or another protege as long as its a 2.0? What years and cars might work? Thanks for your input.

 

Wikipedia ftw. That will tell you what engines came in what cars. Also be sure your ecu will be compatible with whatever you decide to use.
