Default Present myself

Hello all, I'm from Argentina, and just bought a Mazda 323 f, 1994 1.8, really nice car, used and with some skin injuries....but nothing important.
I need to change the oil of the engine, what type do you guys recommend?
I'm not used to Japanese cars, so I have no idea what type of lubricant to use, or at least have your advice. " ??W?? "

Thank you all, here is a picture of my car

10W-30 Motoroil for gasoline engines. I don't think it will ever get that cold in Argentina that you need 5W-30. Change oil and filter every 5000km.

Do you want to know more about oil?
