Default premacy 1999 knocking

hi, my premacy has had a rumbling noise that has increased over a few weeks. Last week a knocking only when rolling seems to be from the front. and there is play in the front hubs..any ideas..nothing wrong with handling, or struts. actually its more like a clicking, more noticeable when i take my foot of the accelarator

CV joint. I suppose you mean play in the hub when you try to turn the wheel. Not side to side.

since my last post i had the lower arm replaced and that has meant there is no movement in the wheel however the ticking noise in or out of gear and the rumbling sound is still there

Rotate the tires and see if the rumble move s with the tire. If it does move with the tire you know it is the tire. If it stays it is most likely the wheel bearing.
