Ovc camsharft cap leaking

Had tappet cover off and cranked it over then noticed it flowing out like a river put power to the ocv to check other side and the same thing the vvt is not getting enough oil pressure and rattling at higher rev vvt and chain kit brand new

Figure it out yet? Im having same issue, gonna try sanding down our old cap and fingers crossed. We keep getting p0012 code as well. You?
