Default o5 2.3 mazda atenza

only had this car for a week , went to start it , it would only idle at 2000rpm would only rev up to just over 3000 like it was on a rev limiter . found if i disconnected the battery it was ok , but noticed it was idling higher than normal . this car is also a 6 speed manual so when you put your foot on the clutch it will drop down to about 800 rpm . but when you let the clutch out it goes back up to about 1400 and slowly drops down to about 1100 but wont go any lower . it drive fine until you turn it off and wait a few minutes have since found out that the car is going into limp mode . the led for the engine check light has blowen in the dash so i cant tell when this comes on . have cheched dtc s and found it was coming up with p0606 pcm fault . had another pcm programed into the car but the same fault and limp problem keep happening it did also have p0140 oxygen sensor fault sometimes . my tester on the sensor test keeps saying it is a fuel system fault when it goes into limp mode .can anybody help getting fed up . also this canr uses more oil than it should . i was thinking my be the cat might be blocked . no signs of blue smoke out of the exhaust .
