2006 mazda bt50 diesel 2.5 litre
Hi people,
I dropped a belt on my bt50myI ripped the head off it, to check the bore and sleeves, they were good, checked the head, emissions buildup in inlet ports, cleaned them, relapped valves in, none were bent, and tested for leakage, fine. Set cam timing with lower fuel pump cog, that's fine. I have finished putting it together. It has new crank sensor, cam sensor, pressure rail sensor, changed starter, clean up EGR valve and inlet manifold of soot. Won't start, turns over freely without firing. It now shows sedimentor light on the dash, even though it's been bled, also showing P0340, and P1391 on diagnosis. P0340 referring to crank sensor and a few other things, and P1391, being injectors, and a few other things. I'm really over this car! Any ideas? Mobile mechanics don't want to work on it, because I put it together. I stated to them I don't care about warranty on your work, I just want it going!
