Hey Guys, I'm new here and don't currently own a Mazda, but am hoping that if I can get an answer here, that I may be picking up a 1998 626. I'll address the question in the proper area and see if any of you can help me to become a new Mazda owner. Got a cousin that had one of the 2600 trucks and he had over 300,000 miles on it when he totaled it against a tree.

Welcome Rube!

Ask away, but don't make the assumption that if a mazda truck can't die except by hitting a tree that the same applies for mazda cars. the truck is a Ford with Mazda badges, the car is a Mazda and may share some parts with Ford cars. Again, ask your questions.
