Just picked up our 2019 CX5 Red of course. GT Reserve. Turbo does move!! 300 miles so far. The only concern is the mpg. Does it get better? Getting 23 mpg.

Your mileage seems low. It could be due to aggressive initial driving.

While I have not driven the new Mazda turbo, I have found that with fairly conservative driving, I typically get close to the EPA estimates in my Mazdas.

Mileage in Turbos tend to swing more than non-turbos. Push it and you will get great power and bad mileage. Drive like you have an egg between your foot and the pedal and you will get great mileage and be bored driving. Your choice.
